This week's topic, designed to answer your questions about arts-based free lancing, is on Wednesday, June 29th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.  It will be held at the Central Branch (1901 Vine Street, Phila., PA) in the Directors' Dining Room located on the fourth floor.
