Learn how to save money and energy by improving the energy efficiency of your home at a home energy efficiency workshop from 6 to 7 p.m. Oct. 4 at the Aurora Municipal Center’s Aurora Room, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway. The workshop is free and open to the public.

Eric Punkay from Standard Renewable Energy will present the information at the workshop, which also will feature city of Aurora staff discussing the city’s rebates for energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades. The rebates are funded via federal stimulus dollars.
