EFT tapping is a self-help technique that combines the ancient practice of acupuncture with modern psychology. When people tap, they focus on difficult issues, say affirming and validating statements, and tap on specific acupressure points. Studies show that EFT tapping is an effective way to cope with a host of issues including: post traumatic stress disorder, phobias, anxiety, depression, stress, pain and physical symptoms, weight loss, sports and professional performance, text anxiety, and more.
