Animals use their tails for all sorts of things, and preschoolers will learn about some of the amazing things that tails can do at Sugar Grove Nature Center's Little Wonders: Animal Tails program. Two identical sessions of Animal Tails will be held on Wednesday, April 17; attend from 10-11:30 a.m. or 1-2:30 p.m. Kids will make a craft, hear a story and eat a snack as they learn how animals use their tails for communication, camouflage, mobility and more.
Little Wonders programs are held regularly at Sugar Grove Nature Center. They are open to children between the ages of three and five. Kids must be accompanied by an adult. In these programs, youngsters listen to stories and participate in hands-on activities that help them learn about the natural world.
