Today is a good day to learn another abdomen tip. For this move all you will need is a soft pad on the floor. It is called the Laying-Oblique-twist.
- Lay on your back
- Put your arms extended away from your body like a (t) to support your upper body
- Bend your knees and lift legs in air.
You should now look as if you are about to do crunches with your arms extended away. Now start the exercise.
- Rotate your hips and knees (keeping them bent) toward the left side.
- Do not let them touch the ground.
- Hold just above the ground
- Now return back to normal position and continue on to the right side.
- Hold just above the ground
- return back to normal position.
Remember to breath! Find a system that will allow you to NEVER hold your breath.
That was one repetition of the Laying-Oblique-Twist! Try to do 30 of them.
