LeAnn Rimes recently filed a lawsuit against a teacher, who decided to record a phone conversation with the country singer. LeAnn later learned that the teacher wasn't exactly a big fan of hers and it sounds like the lawsuit drama has heated up on social media networks. The lawsuit came just as LeAnn was calling Brandi Glanville's sons her own, so she has a period of bad publicity. But now, it appears that things are changing for her. According to a new Radar Online report released on March 12, LeAnn Rimes could benefit from recent changes, as the lawyer representing the teacher has quit.
“That’s highly unusual,” one source has revealed about this strange case. “Usually a lawyer and client agree to separate and the lawyer doesn’t have to ask the court to let him out.” Things apparently went sour between the lawyer and the client, but the client wasn't willing to let the lawyer go. The lawyer had to ask the client permission to be released from the case. It sounds like the teacher really wants to be represented, since it is illegal to record a conversation without the other person knowing.
LeAnn is suing over the invasion of privacy and one can imagine that this teacher is having some serious regrets after LeAnn's rights have been violated and her lawyer has quit. What do you think of this situation? Do you think LeAnn is at fault?
