Perez Hilton set off rumors that LeAnn Rimes is pregnant with Eddie Cibrian’s baby, but Hollywood Life reported that a representative for the country music singer issued a statement on Feb. 21 that the country music singer is not pregnant.
A source close to Rimes revealed to Hollywood Life exclusively that LeAnn definitely has “babies on the brain,” and wants to have children with Eddie [Cibrian].
“She’s [LeAnn Rimes] a hundred percent trying for a baby. However, if she is pregnant, she hasn’t told any of her friends the good news.” The source said that she does not think LeAnn is pregnant – yet.
The rumors of LeAnn Rimes pregnancy started soon after friends started noticing that the normally super-skinny Rimes had gained few pounds. The rumors escalated when gossip outlets reported that Rimes and Cibrian were spotted at the OB/GYN together.
In an interview with Giuliana Rancic that aired on E! Dec. 9, Rimes revealed that she wants children, but she wants to be healthy first. LeAnn Rimes entered treatment in August 2012 to deal with undisclosed mental health issues, and recently began gaining a little weight in order to get her body into optimal shape to conceive. Reportedly, Eddie Cibrian likes Rimes new, more voluptuous body and can’t keep his hands off of her.
