LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian buy huge $3M mansion in exclusive neighborhood

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian plunked down $3 million for a Spanish-style mansion in an ultra-exclusive community of Los Angeles, PEOPLE reported on Feb. 20.

The mansion, located in “celebrity-inhabited” Hidden Hills community has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, has wooden décor in each room, giving the mansion a “rustic feel.”

The purchase price of the 8,642 square foot ultra-luxurious mansion was $3 million, which was a steal for Rimes and Cibrian. The “distressed property” was listed in 2006 for almost $6 million, according to the real estate site Trulia.

In addition to the six large bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the mansion has a dining room, an outdoor eating area, a swing-set-filled backyard and an outdoor pool.” The large kitchen features a center island, and LeAnn and Eddie’s master bedroom comes complete with patio and outdoor sitting area.

The home should be the “perfect place” for country singer LeAnn Rimes, 30, and actor Eddie Cibrian, 39, to relax. The mansion is large enough for Cibrian’s boys with ex-wife “RHOBH” star Brandi Glanville, to enjoy long visits with dad and his new wife.

Since rumors have surface that LeAnn Rimes may be pregnant, the Hidden Hills mansion is large enough to add a few of their own babies.
