A Lean Cuisine recall has been issued due to particles of glass being found in the ravioli. Lean cuisine is a popular dish among diet conscious consumers. Lean cuisine meals are low in calories and offer a variety of tasty entrees.
According to the Food and Drug Administration, the voluntary Lean Cuisine recall only includes the Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli. Three customers reported finding small pieces of glass in the ravioli.
If you have purchased this product, check the production code and best by dates on your packages. Those with codes 2311587812 or 2312587812, with best used by dates of December 2013 are the recall entrees' and should not be consumed.
