Monetary funds are used every day to offer the average citizen the means to provide in a civil society. But with every action taken there is also the economic action of collecting debits and payments into one accounting structure. Personal economics needs are more concerned only with the directed action individuals take, but those in leadership positions need to think more carefully. Leadership needs to know the effects they will cause on the monetary funding allowed for others to use. The recent fiscal cliff offers but one example of how important it is for leadership to understand this matter. Money, as any limited resource, must stay that way to have value in our system. Thus any exchanges involved are a give and take in society, with those having the ability to offer to others.
The means to offer every citizen the same advantages in a civil society requires that each have access to the same communicated information but also the same political power to freedoms. This in short is what money does; it is a product of governmental control which extends into the life of all in the same economic spectrum. As such it communicates both values and needs in one accepted format, the monetary fund used in exchanges. No matter what format or method used it must be accepted by those in the spectrum, thus a universal method to transmit information. This communication method goes in both directions, with more transmitted then just about the individual as well.
The fact monetary funds are controlled by governments and are used to pay debits; the same collects the value of debits in each exchange done. Thus in the end, the government which authorizes the use of such funds, is collecting all private debits into its accounts. The problem is when this government allows specific individuals to accumulate more than others as it is quite common then these individuals do not pay taxes. This is established through political associations, and builds only infrastructures which accumulate further abuses. The individuals who are simply living their lives without attempts to harm others will no longer be able to do so.
Individuals are generalized by governmental authority into categories, thus modeled to fit a pre-established standard. But if we are all seeking freedom, we do not follow the same path; instead we allow our individual thoughts and talents to build a future. This represents our lives as we choose, and supports such with the best we have to offer all around us. Fitting into a mold others have made, is only allowing control over your life to this same that created the mold. Leadership wanting to effect changes or allow freedoms will require monetary effects in the direction of individual independence.
Recently hearing a quote of how the corporate structure is expected to be the best means to bring a product to market, we are reminded easily of how little the current business world understands things. Such structures are not expected to bring freedoms, but instead to return monetary funds to a central control, the same as any governmental centralized control. The problem is they do not respond to the individual’s needs fast enough to meet the demands required, thus constantly attempts must be made adjust. And with each adjustment comes new infrastructures in need to support such, but over time with less to show as a return. This is the reason the U.S. Federal government is in the deficit situation it is now, putting off debits without showing a return for the efforts.
“Individuals making more than $250,000 will be asked to pay a little more to help reduce the deficit through a combination of increased tax rates and tax benefits.” This from the White House can easily state the exchanges as expressed by politics today, those at the upper end are not willing to pay and as those at the bottom have nothing to offer payment with. But stating as well there are only 2 million out of work and still looking indicates how far out of touch the same are. Speaking as one still looking for income, there are more out here than any politician is willing to acknowledge even exist. Nor is Crown correct in its self promotions, when it states 77% households will have increased taxes, as reported by Bend the Arc 98% of the citizenship will avoid tax increases. And NSBA is correct in wanting to gain long-term considerations, but within the current political understand, such long-term exchanges will not occur. Politics is an exchange of power and freedom, with current big money interest concentrated only in personal interest, the individuals will not be offered long-term freedoms.
The one limit we have today on freedom it the money it takes to stay alive, and for the majority of us this is a daily struggle. Waiting on those at the social top to offer a better method will not simply happen; there is no real leadership there anymore. Instead those studying leadership today, must formulate the means to offer such and remove the corrupted infrastructure in current existence. This done outside of the special interest control would allow freedoms, while the majority becomes safer and more relaxed to enjoy them.
