We use all different means to learn, this from the many ways as individuals our reasoning comes to light. As leaders this is important to develop and use, not only in the leadership but also in those who follow. This basic skill of learning is the so primary to our development many do not think about how we think as we learn. Yet if you are to learn, you must think things through and take the risk to gain knowledge. Following this process one can progress any concept and organization to new heights, but in what direction is only known in time. Thus leadership should be willing to play in games to learn what methods are available in real life and offer this knowledge to others.
The playtime concept is mostly thought of only for little children, but we all should have a time during the week, perhaps every day, to do the same. This exercise is more than just increasing our knowledge, but it also reduces the stress levels we accumulate over time. Entrepreneurs regularly notice the things others fail to, thus they can take the ordinary to new levels and improvements. This because they first took the time to reason while the stress was levels were lower. Leaders should develop this tactic as its importance can not be over rated.
Developing new skills is one method to continue leadership, but it is also important to those who are attempting to keep up with this leadership. As a group or collective, those following must be able to understand and follow their leaders, or the majority gets lost. It does not good to do something while leading others, if the followers can not repeat this. Thinking leadership as a resource which produces a product called progress, if others can not reproduce this in their lives the product fails. Any business uses basic skills to learn primary developments put into mass production or finds the competition overrunning the market.
This primary ability to recreate over and over again the produce it makes is what allows economics to fund the operations. Sun Tzu spoke of making use of what is captured for the future; this follows the same principle by making products useful so the market comes to you. Using then what is offered to build better resources, and the faster these exchange rates occurs, the faster the economic advantage occurs. Reproducing leadership products is the same; your following is the market which is where the product is needed the most. Learning how to do something is taking a risk, which will not pay-off unless you can distribute it to the market.
Learning to think through how to do something is one step, but can you also think through how to show others? The freedoms granted to many are only good if these same have abilities to follow the paths they want. In life, we all seek to do, but may not be as app in things as others so making the process simpler allows more people to follow. In this path the infrastructure starts to develop, for as the economic advantages are seen so are those offer support. Conceptualizing both the product and organization into something any common person can understand, requires putting concepts in understandings of the same.
The more complex we make progress the less of the public who can adjust to it, making things simpler allows a larger economic support to draw from. Thus any leadership needs to keep in step with those who need leadership the most. Adjusting to meet the demands of the majority is one that takes constant watching and understanding. This places stress upon individuals but it also indicates the ability to learn new things while having fun. Playing games is in an activity leadership needs to do, so the same concepts used in the game are expressed in understands to the following.
Play time is needed no matter what age one is, thus we will learn and understand more things which we once thought were beyond our grasp. In this we progress, but we can also make understandings for others to progress with as well, then we all gain together, this the way it should be done. A leader must remember to stay in step with the following and time events so all are able to manage the same progress. In doing this, the stress is divided among the following per each individual; with less stress per individual each life is better for it.
