Leadership: Favoring a world court

The U.S. political process is heading in one direction, unless the real power in this nation wants to stop such a focus. The question isn’t so much if this happens but will support be gained from the rest of the world in finding peaceful means? The U.S. political structure has always had a problem, but for most part the public ignores it and does as it wants to. That is until the same political structure takes too many actions in directions which are no longer acceptable. Thus the real power of any government is forced to act, mostly through elections but none-the-less a rebellion occurs. This leaves the question: if the majority wants to avoid the coming violence, would the world support a war crime trial?
We have all seen the news, both in this nation and worldwide, the actions taken in one nation after the other. And no longer is one nation alone, as the human race has been working in one direction, focusing itself to for over 10,000. Just as individual humans do not stand alone, we have organized a collective knowledge and experiences into allowing support for each individual nation. Now with such support we can take a look at what is happening around the globe and organize what works better in the rest of the world, using it to hold on. Thus global support does exist as a connection to the events and one seeking peace to gain, has the option of calling on it for support.
The U.S. public is taking more of an interest in politics these days, as the political actions have become more menacing to our daily lives. The rest of the world has watched before, lowering the AAA bonds as a sign of warnings they say. But it is not the governmental authority which runs a nation; it is the majority rule which accepts this authority being in existence. As seen from almost every corner of the globe, there have been actions taken directing such majorities into action(s) before now. The U.S. public has ignored the same political actions long enough, now looking for answer not being given it has to make a choice as others have.
A government which lies to the public it represents can not be trusted; representing others is a responsibility which requires trust and clear information. The political structure allowing one lie after the other, wants the public to believe it is all a matter over freedom of speech. But when you represent others, there is an obligation to tell them the truth, and this goes beyond the concept of free speech. All professional organizations in the U.S. are held to such standards, all except the political structures creating law in the same nation. Taking all these actions into account has the majority concerned, not only over what is being said but what is real as well. The future should never be something the public must consider unreal, or a product of political lies.
The older political structures have seen the public taking actions, all to end in the same position as before as the ideologies adjust back to the same. All that has changed are those who corrupt the system, each protecting the others so they all get away. This is a process of keeping the public as slaves, when in fact it should be those representing the public who are kept and held responsible to such public. Self-imposed entitlements have allowed this authority to become free of public obligations, acting than as if they are above the law and the public. Seeking to avoid further violence, is it then time to put on trial the same who started it all and still allows such to exist?
To avoid violence the U.S. founders wanted the public to be able to make changes as needed but under the law and public standards which they also started. As such standards have already reached unto the world stage via war crime trials and humanitarian rights, the same has offered relieve for many in need. Now as our time comes close to violence itself, the U.S. may need the same legal restrictions emplaced on our own governmental officials. The world can watch as things get worse, or the global legal authority not in crisis can offer to support a trial of this leadership. Peaceful exchanges of power are rare, they occur only if those on both sides are willing to seek less violence, but even so they require neutral parties to offer support.
To avoid the coming events we see reading themselves, support would have to come in the form of legal matters being heard in open and neutral courts. But just as in Libya, after all has become violent, where do you find those who are neutral when all the authority has been accused? Seeking peace, leaders need to seek litigation means prior to taking those actions which only end by violence. If there are means offered to avoid violence they should be taken, but would the world courts offer this support as well?
