Lea Michele walked the red carpet of the People’s Choice Awards looking pretty in pink on Wednesday night. The actress seemed relaxed and excited to be part of the big award show that gives fans a say on who is the best. After counting 475 million votes, it appears that Lea Michele was the winner of the Favorite Comedic TV Actress category. Surprised and delighted she picked up her award on stage at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and thanked the fans. Yet, she didn't stop there as on Wednesday night she took to Twitter to thank everyone who voted for her.
“Omg!!!!!!! I'm so happy!!!!! Thank you so so much to everyone who voted for me you guys are the best and I love you all!!!! Xoxoxo #TCA13,” tweeted Lea Michele from her official Twitter account. The star shared several picture of her holding her award.
The Glee star did seemed surprised at getting the award. Working hard on Glee and putting together an album in her spare time, it appears all of her hard work is really paying off!
