Lea Michele wants to thank Ryan Murphy for playing the matchmaker for her and Cory Monteith. OMG! from Yahoo! reported on March 1 that the "Glee" stars were set up by their boss. Lea admitted that Ryan played his role as matchmaker for the onscreen and off-screen couple.
Michele and Monteith attended a celebration in Beverly Hills on Monday night. Murphy received his first ever PaleyFest Icon Award for his contribution to television. Murphy said that Michele and Monteith belong together.
The producer knew that the two co-stars had chemistry. He tested their chemistry during season one of "Glee." He does take credit that he brought the two actors together.
Michele and Monteith will celebrate their one-year anniversary come April. The 30-year-old actor and 26-year-old actress looked quite cozy and happy at the event. They wouldn't leave each other for one minute.
Hollywood Life also reported that Lea Michele and Cory Monteith showed their affection. It took one year for the couple to allow their relationship to become public. Fans of Rachel and Fin or 'Finchel" must be overjoyed to hear this news.
