A lawsuit will be filed by the family of Brian Stow against the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. The suit will cite the lack of promptness in the response at the time of the incident, as well as inadequate lighting. The suit does not name the Los Angeles Police Department
Medical costs are expected to reach or exceed $45 to $50 million for continued care in the case. It took an estimated 15 minutes for stadium personnel to respond to the incident.
Brian Stow remains unconscious, however no longer in a coma. He is no longer having seizures, but remains in critical condition.
