Lawsuit alleges Chris Brown ordered beat down and claimed Bloods gang membership

There's more trouble for Chris Brown. According to a RumorFix article posted on Friday, Feb. 14, a man has just sued the singer, seeking unspecified damages, for a beat down that took place at a 24 Hour Fitness gym in Los Angeles last July.

The man claims that he and Chris were playing basketball at the gym on opposing teams. Chris got pissed off at a foul call and proceeded to threaten the man, saying that he would “kick his s**” and “put these hands on you.”

Not only that, Chris also claimed that he was part of the Bloods gang.

Chris's security team then beat up the man.

“Then Brown and Doe 1, Doe 2, and Doe 3 began to strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon’s head and body. He was rushed to the emergency room and suffered severe injury including to his face, head, neck, back legs, ribs and is suffering from post traumatic stress disorder, distorted vision, dizziness, nervousness, embarrassment fear and anxiety," states the court document.

This is sure to put a dent on Chris's mood this Valentine's Day! Hollywood Life reports that Chris, who's currently in rehab, and his girlfriend Karrueche Tran plan on having a romantic night, with Karrueche spoiling him with a home-cooked meal. Hopefully, her cabbage and shrimp with biscuits is enough to keep his mind off his new legal mess!

Do you think Chris Brown actually did this?
