Summary: A woman accuses Cassidy of raping her while he was working undercover, and his defense attorney resorts to some unexpected tactics; one of the which has surprising ramifications for Amaro.

Show opens with Barba questioning Cassidy on the stand before trial. He asks about Carissa and Cassidy gets upset.
Amaro is arguing with his wife about his daughter. Benson/Rollins/Fin leave for the night. A woman comes in and says that she was raped by a cop. Munch/Amaro talk about Cassidy being the one accused for rape.
Munch/Amaro go to Cassidy’s (Winters) apartment. They ask to come in but Cassidy says he’s got company. Before they can close the door Benson comes out wearing only a button up shirt.
Cassidy talks with Munch/Amaro about the rape victim, Heather Riggs. They show him her picture. He says he thought her name was Brooklyn, one of the working girls for Ganzel. He says she worked for small time pimp Andre Larouche. He eaves, upset.
He runs into Benson and they act like they haven’t seen each other recently. Benson confronts Amaro. She says she didn’t tell him because she didn’t want awkwardness between them.
Cassidy tells Benson that he’s being framed for rape. He gets mad at her for not asking the right questions.
Benson goes to the talk about Cassidy. Munch says they can’t talk to Heather, but they can talk to people who know her. Amaro says she taught pole dancing.
Fin/Rollins go to the school. He says that she’s popular, Rollins says she only has two classes a week.
At the station, they learn that she has a relationship with her boss. They discover that Heather’s boyfriend visited Ganza in jail before Heather accused Cassidy. Benson/Amaro go to see Barba about the information.
Benson/Amaro talk about what they found out and Barba says he already knows. Barba says they can’t confirm the payment. Barba says they have eye witnesses of Heather of her in a bedroom for two hours and mentioned Cassidy’s scar on his thigh. Benson tells Barba about how he got the scar and that she’s in a relationship with Cassidy. Amaro tells Barba he thinks that Heather is telling the truth. Barba tells Benson that IAB is arresting Cassidy as they speak.
In court, Cassidy pleas not guilty. He’s released.
Benson tells Cassidy about the evidence. He says he didn’t do it, she asks about the scar then what happened. He says they just talked because he didn’t like her pimp. She says she believes him, which he can’t believe.
Heather is being questioned on the stand by the DA. She says that she was forced to have sex with Cassidy. She says she didn’t know that she was a cop and that they had sex despite the fact that she didn’t want to. Querns starts questioning. She says that no one protects her. He asks about Bobby Navaro. He asks about him getting money for her testimony against Cassidy. He also brings up about her lawsuit against the city.
DA questions a woman who used to be one of the working girls for Andre. She says they were in there for 2 hours. Querns. He asks if she heard/see sex. She says no. She says they had dog collars around their necks, so they weren’t willing.
Cassidy/Munch talk about Amaro. Cassidy thinks he will throw him under the bus.
Amaro is on the stand. DA asks about Amaro working undercover. Amaro says he would have declined if in situation. Querns asks for a recess.
Barba asks the Defense Attorney why he didn’t object during Amaro’s testimony.
Amaro back on stand. He asks if it’s possible for an undercover officer to break the law. Amaro said that he did once. Querns asks if he asked if he slept with someone under false pretenses. DA objects. A woman comes in and Querns asks his relationship with her. Counselors are called to the bench.
Amaro goes to Cynthia (the woman) outside the courthouse. She yells at him for being a cop trying to take down her brother who was a kingpin. Benson goes to Amaro and he goes to the bathroom where Cassidy is.
Amaro confronts Cassidy. He says that it was his lawyer’s call. It was desperate measures. He had 10 years of his life on the line.
Cassidy is on the stand. He says that he told her he was sick and that he gave her a break. DA asks him about his relationship with Cassia because he had a relationship with Cassia.
Cassidy talking with Querns . They agree that the cross didn’t go well. Querns tells him that he needs to try and talk about the sex differently but Cassidy won’t admit to the sex.
Munch tells Amaro that Cynthia is suing the police department for child support. She is claiming her 9 year old son is his.
Amaro goes to Cynthia’s house and a man tells him to leave.
Amaro spies on the kid. He sees the man slipping a brown paper bag into his backpack. Amaro follows the kid. He takes off his backpack and gets a bunch of money for it.
Amaro speaks with Munch/Rollins/Fin about it. They say they will try to bring him down. He says that if he know he wouldn’t have married Maria or had his daughter. Munch says that he should tell his wife.
Benson goes to see Cassidy. He says he had nothing to do with Amaro. That it was Querns. Benson asks if he knew about the son.
Amaro confronts Cynthia talking with a social worker. He meets Gilberto, his son. He asks Cynthia about Roberto’s drug dealing. The social worker leaves. She says she tried to tell him. He said he had no choice but to leave her. He asks her to not bring their son into the drug dealing world.
Cassidy goes to see Amaro. He apologizes. He asks for his help.
Cassidy goes undercover against Roberto. Rollins is his partner. Cassidy get sthe deal going.
Munch/Amaro go to Bobby asking for the money but he says he doenst have ti. They tell him he’s going to have to work it off.
Roberto meets with Bobby. He tries to give him money but Roberto says he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. The police intervene. They find the drugs in the trunk. Rollins/Fin ask to ‘borrow’ Bobby.
In the interrogation room. Bobby admits that the rape didn’t happen. He says that he did it to cash in. Benson asks Heather if that’s the truth. She says he didn’t touch her. That they just talked. Benson asks if someone else can verify the story. She says she told another one of the girls how nice Cassidy was.
Outside the court house, Benson confronts Cassidy. He says they dropped the charges. He says it sucks because he’s damaged goods.
Amaro goes to see Cynthia and she lets him in.
