Laurita $340,000 debt: Jacqueline Laurita of 'Real Housewives' in real tax debt

Jacqueline Laurita of the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” is in a new sort of trouble this week, as TMZ reported this Saturday, March 2, that the Laurita $340,000 debt news headline carries with it a very real tax bill the ‘RHONJ’ star must pay soon.

The original headline from TMZ read this weekend: “‘TRHONJ’ star Jacqueline Laurita massive tax debt … $340,000” is not far off on the money, as the state of New Jersey announced that the star needs to pay off her expensive tax bill soon.

The NJ Division of Taxation officially filed the tax lien against Laurita early this 2013. Jacqueline Laurita has been a regular on the hit show since way back to season 1 of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” but now reportedly owes the state a full $338,337.05.

The official documents do not exactly state was the ‘RHONJ’ star owes or how she got the debt, yet the Laurita $340,000 debt headline is very real, as if she is unable to pay in the coming weeks, the state could go after her assets next, said the report.

Both NJ housewives Teresa Giudice and Danielle Staub are also reportedly going through bankruptcy at the moment and other financial troubles, so perhaps an episode on the leading housewives paying their taxes could be the focus of a scene or two soon.
