Lauren Conrad kicked off the first day of May today at with another edition of Letters From Lauren saying this month will be in wedding mode. Yes, May is the real start of the wedding season so it's never been a better time to take vacations from work and start having weddings.

Lauren says she will have pieces about planning for one's wedding day along with tips for the brides who must stick to a certain budget. Lauren also plans to provide do-it-yourself tutorials on making a flower bouquet and a piece on constructing a boutonniere for that important big day.

Anybody going to a wedding as a guest were also put on notice because Lauren's writing a piece about wedding etiquette to keep those guest from stealing the show. And whether a bride, bridesmaid, maid of honor, or guest, bikini boot camp plan is back to get your body in shape so at least you'll look better than someone else.

The wedding march officially begins from the recipe box with Lauren's recipe for mexican wedding cookies that's almost incredibly simple to make as chocolate chip cookies. All one needs is butter at room temperature, powdered sugar, salt, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground almonds to serve up at a wedding reception, and/ or Cinco de Mayo.

Aside from weddings, Lauren has a Here & There piece about her recent trip to Guatemala showing a one and a half minute video of footage Lauren & Hannah Taylor took going around to different sights. Of course, this is not the only video of Guatemala there is, The Little Market has a full 3 minute video with more captured footage.

For the first time since spring began, temperatures here on the east coast are above 70 degrees for more than 2 days starting today after the epic cold rain yesterday. It's safe to say that we can now engage in summer activities without the cold landing outside the door, and Lauren Conrad can go ahead and plan her wedding.
