The first drink Lauren presents is a homemade coconut horchata that can prove to be nothing but sweet and not do any damage to one's waistline or sensibilities. This coconut is made of rice milk, cinnamon sticks, coconut milk, rice or almond flour, pure vanilla extract, ice cubes, and ground cinnamon.
Once the horchata is heated, removed from heat with some ingredients added, and refrigerated for 30 minutes, you will have a nice tasty treat for Cinco de Mayo tonight.
