Lauren Conrad released another Refinery29 piece tonight, January 9 with a plan for all the ladies out there to shed those unwanted pounds from the holidays.

Lauren brings back her classic 7 Days to Skinny Jeans Plan which should leave one feeling healthy, energized, and refreshed in just a week's time.

First order of business Lauren hands down are setting a goal for one self so it can turn into a motivator each day, drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day, get a friend involved, and avoid junk food all together.

Lauren too offers up a unique amount of satisfying options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in between mainly being fruits, vegetables, lean fishes & poultry, whole grains, and greek yogurt too.

And Lauren does not lack on exercises for one second dispensing moves like 30 minute cardio, 1 hour pilates, treadmill workouts, circuit training, and hiking.
