Lauren Conrad today unveiled her third annual bikini boot camp plan at just a few days before the unofficial start of the summer season. Aside from Lauren excited about the warm weather, Lauren once again reminds us there are stict rules to follow if one wants to get into a bikini.

Lauren says a change in lifestyle is in order so one does not think this is a diet they're on, it is the goals one has to keep their focus on. Lauren also wants participants to drink more than a lot of water going as far as to remind themselves via an alarm clock, and using a little lemon to make water go down.

Lauren too says to pick an exercise to do 6 days a week with a day of rest while picking meals & snacks from different categories to eat. Foods off limits are white bread, large portions of cheese or fried foods, candy, baked goods, ice cream, soda or sugary drinks, and no eating 2 to 3 hours before bed.

Foods one can eat are oatmeal, eggs, bananas, yogurt, salads, mushrooms, chicken, salmon, chicken vegetable soup, hummus, sweet potatoes, turkey, and grapes in certain recipes. Exercise options for 6 days are treadmill, yoga, kickboxing, pilates, spin class, kettle bells, and leg workouts while 7 day movement include crunches & planks.

Even if it's not just bikini season one is getting ready for, this bikini boot camp can be very useful when taking wedding photos if them or someone they know are getting married. Lauren also today has a special Tuesday 10 about the wedding images one should be taking to last a lifetime.

What a winter it has been, so cold, icy, snowy, and all non-stop where even spring was very doubtful for quite some time into as late as April 30. Now that's all behind us and temperatures are staying warmer for a longer consistent amount of day, it is officially time to enjoy the outdoors and yes.... the summer.
