Francesca's, hip and chic boutique in Fashion Valley, is hosting a launch party for Broke But Bougie (pronounced boo’-shee)! Broke But Bougie is a new blog and web series headquartered in San Diego that unites the young, chic and financially challenged ladies of San Diego to learn styling tips that won't break the bank.

The launch party is set for this Thursday, January 24th from 6:00-9:00 PM and is free for the attendees! Attendees will receive a complimentary Bougie makeover, hair and make-up styling tips, and a chance to win some prizes from Francesca's and more.
