Launch of grassroots project called Operation Line in the Sand

The lack of civil action by the American people is increasingly frustrating the masses of law-abiding citizens across our nation.

Members of Congress are boldly disregarding their oaths of office to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States. They instead have become completely out of control as they introduce one bill after another filled with blatant violations of our clearly defined Bill of Rights. The only reason that congress feels this emboldened to do whatever it wants to do is because neither the American people on a massive scale nor their fellow members in Congress have done anything to attempt to hold them accountable for their actions.

National mainstream media and political party leaders' flagrant use of soft and fluffy words to describe actions that are actually very serious has sure not helped to cause people to hold their elected officials accountable for their actions. The supreme law of our land is the US Constitution. If a member of congress proposes a bill that is a clear violation of the constitution, it is not just merely "unconstitutional." It is "illegal" and a violation of their oath of office. Millions of dollars stolen from investors and stockholders is not just a "ponzi" scheme, it is criminal "fraud." It is not time to mince words. It is time to get real and honest and call it what it really is.

It is time for the American people and any good member of Congress left on the Hill to start working together to stop this madness. The time has arrived to draw the final line in the sand by bringing forth non-violent, peaceful yet passionate and lawful action.

This is the beginning of a grassroots movement called, "OPERATION: Line In The Sand." While there are certainly 100's of places we could start to begin to hold our elected officials accountable, one of the most crucial and pressing issues right now is the proposed legislation introduced in our US Senate by Senator Dianne Feinstein. The deceptive bill referred to as the "Assault Weapons Ban of 2013" has been co-sponsored by an additional 16 members of the Senate.

This grassroots effort is to begin with attempting to hold these 17 US Senators accountable for their actions against our constitution which means they are acting AGAINST THE LAW and their oaths of office. Since the US House has the authority to impeach members of Congress, this project will be to urge Americans to get involved all over the country and call members of the US House in every state and urge them to start the impeachment process of these 17 Senators that are trying to take away our 2nd Amendment, a constitutionally guaranteed natural right to protect our families, our businesses and our property with the use of firearms.

The list of 17 US Senators officially on this bill are as follows:

Mrs. Feinstein, Mr. Schumer, Mr. Durbin, Mr. Whitehouse, Mr. Blumenthal, Mr. Levin, Mr. Rockefeller, Ms. Mikulski, Mrs. Boxer, Mr. Reed, Mr. Lautenburg, Mr. Menendez, Mr. Carden, Mrs. Gillibrand, Mr. Schatz, Mr. Murphy and Ms. Warren

The intent of the project is to be ongoing in nature. As members of the House of Representatives are contacted, their responses and willingness or refusal to help We The People defend and uphold the constitution will be duly noted back to the group. If their refusal to defend the constitution in this action warrants a review of their own oath of office, it could result in a vote being taken by the active project members in order to decide if their name should be added to the current list of 17 Senators to push for impeachment action against. Let's see if there are any members left standing that are willing to fulfill their rightful duty to our nation.

If there is success in stopping assaults against our Bill of Rights by members of Congress, the focus could be changed to Governors, Mayors and others that are likewise breaking the public trust, their oaths of office and our state laws.

It is absolutely staggering to see the extensive list of organizations that are listed as officially endorsing this bill to gut the 2nd Amendment. There are many law enforcement officers, law enforcement organizations, city mayors and mayoral organizations, churches, community organizations and additional elected officials all across the nation. Keep in mind that many people endorsing this bill also take the exact same oath of office to support and defend the constitution. The exhaustive list of endorsements for this bill can be found here.

To get involved with this project, you can comment to this blog posting located on a new social media networking site which is very similar to facebook but without the increasing censorship and control.

The time to start holding our members of congress accountable to their oaths and our laws is now. The constitution and our political system cannot just police itself. There must be people willing to make sure our elected officials are not continuing to stay in office if they are boldly demonstrating their intent to operate above the law.

Become part of a solution, not part of the problem.
