Learn how to relax and decrease stress in your life. Uncontrolled stress can lead to depression and other health problems.
Here are ways to relax: read a book or magazine, exercise, walk your dog, meditate, attend yoga class, watch your favorite TV shows, attend a Major League Baseball game, enjoy dinner at your favorite restaurant, plan a picnic, surround yourself with positive people, listen to music, enjoy the zoo, enjoy dancing, visit a museum, attend a comedy show or watch a funny movie.
