Laugh it off

Everyone knows exercising is one of the main elements of weight loss, but what about laughing? Laughing burns about 1.3 calories per minute (which doesn't seem like a lot), but is also good for relieving stress. A long, hard laugh can actually make you sore in the abdomen by working those stomach muscles. AOL health had a nice link to workout videos on youtube today, and it is a perfect way to celebrate both exercise and laughing.  With these 80s videos, you're sure to burn at least 50 calories from laughing at the videos and another 50 from laughing at the memory of you doing them.
