  • Justin Refuses to Leave Miami after His Release

Even though Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun sent a private plane to Miami so Justin could fly back to California after he was released on bail. Justin spent the night in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center after he was arrested for DUI, drag racing, driving with a suspended license, and resisting arrest. The private jet remained on standby at the airport all day long, but Justin stubbornly refused to board, preferring instead to remain in Miami and continue his partying spree.

  • Justin Compares Himself to Michael Jackson

Justin remains defiant, and continues display a cavalier attitude in the face of his latest troubles, including his recent DUI drag racing arrest. After his release on $2500 bail, he exuded an air of false confidence to his many fans by smiling and waving to them and dancing on the top of his SUV. Justin took to his Instagram account and posted a picture of himself beside a similar picture of Michael Jackson smiling and waving to his fans after he was found not guilty of child molestation charges back in January 2004. Despite Justin’s bravado and the broad smile in his mug shot, he reportedly “cried his eyes out” once he was locked in a cell.

  • New Evidence in Egg-Throwing Felony Vandalism Case

New evidence has turned up in the egg-throwing felony vandalism case against Justin Bieber. The skateboard ramp at in Justin Bieber’s back yard has incriminating egg splatter marks that were apparently overlooked when the Sheriff’s deputies executed their search warrant last week and confiscated video from the security camera at Justin’s house. The broken eggs allegedly thrown by Justin Bieber caused over $20,000 worth of damage to his neighbor’s home. In California, vandalism resulting in over $400 worth of damages is considered a felony.

Justin Bieber has been advised to stay away from two negative influences in his life – his father Jeremy Bieber and ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. Justin’s dad was with him during the drag-racing incident that led to his arrest. When Justin was released on $2500 bail, he went to South Beach for drinks with his dad.

Surprisingly, Selena Gomez is considered to be a bad influence on Justin because when he acts out it’s either to impress her, or to get back at her after one of their frequent fights. They feel that Selena is just not good for Justin and would prefer that the two of them stay away from each other.

  • Justin in More Legal Trouble for Blowing Off Court-Ordered Deposition

Justin Bieber may be in even more legal trouble for failing to show up for a court-ordered video deposition in connection with a lawsuit filed against him by photographer Jeffrey Binion. Mark DiCowden, Binion's attorney flew all the way from Florida for the deposition only to have Justin turn out to be a no-show. DiCowden plans to file a motion to hold Justin in contempt of court for his absence, and will seek reimbursement for his flight from Miami to LA.

  • Justin Risks Deportation with His Repeated Run-Ins with the Law

Justin Bieber is risking deportation from the United States because of his frequent run-ins with the law. He’s currently out on $2,500 bail in his DUI drag racing case. He’s also facing felony vandalism charges in Los Angeles because of an egg-throwing attack on his neighbor’s house. He also missed a court- ordered deposition from a photographer who claims that Justin ordered his bodyguard to rough him up which resulted in damaged photography equipment. There are Justin’s most recent run-ins with the law. There have been many others over the past few months.
