Marvel Studios has released a brand new character poster for Shane Black’s upcoming Iron Man 3, revealing an unmasked James “Rhodey” Rhodes, played by Don Cheadle, as he dons the red, white and blue Iron Patriot armor. All of the posters released up to this point have focused on Robert Downey, Jr.'s Tony Stark so it's nice to see the studio mixing it up a bit. With the latest character poster showing off Rhodes, here's hoping that we'll soon be getting an expanded line of character posters for Pepper, The Mandarin and Aldrich Killian.

Directed by Shane Black, Iron Man 3 stars Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Ben Kingsley, Ashley Hamilton and James Badge Dale and is scheduled to arrive in theaters on May 3rd, 2013.
