On December 30th, Brock Lesnar officially announced his retirement from the UFC after sustaining his second consecutive defeat inside the octagon. Since then, WWE fans have been hopefully waiting for a sign that Lesnar will return to the WWE. Unfortunately, there have been no hints or signs of a Lesnar return. In fact, if there's even any discussions about a WWE return for Lesnar, then only the upper the McMahons are privy to them. According to a Sunday January 15th report by The Wrestling Observer, the creative team has yet to be told to come up with anything for him any nobody outside of Vince McMahon or HHH has any real idea if Lesnar might return.
Typically, when the WWE creative team is told to start working on something for a wrestler, then it's a good bet that this wrestler will make an appearance. On another note, McMahon did not that Paul Heyman would not be returning to the WWE even if Lesnar did. However, if Lesnar really wanted his good friend Heyman to return with him, the WWE would appease Brock.
Heyman has remained good friends with Lesnar since their early days in the WWE when Paul started managing Lesnar and dubbed him "The Next Big Thing". If I was a betting man, I would say that Lesnar returns 1 year from now, to be heavily featured on WrestleMania 29.
