The Macy's Parade was on TV for Thanksgiving, but it's been running (albeit in a much more abbreviated form) at Universal Studios Florida throughout the holiday season. Meanwhile, the Grinch has been running rampant next door at Islands of Adventure.
Even though the holiday is over, you can still see the Grinch in his famous show and meet him in person, as well as enjoy the Macy's parade, as long as you get to the parks by January 4. The festivities run through that date before they make way for the New Year and the Mardi Gras celebration, which kicks off on February 8.

Of course, you have to have a two-park ticket if you want to do the activities at both Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.
