Last performances for The Royal Players' "Barefoot in the Park"

Last chance to catch this Neil Simon comedy in Benton this weekend.

The Royal Players will present Barefoot in the Park July 12-15 and 19-22 at the Royal Theatre in historic downtown Benton. In this production one of Neil Simon's most popular plays, Jeremy Clay (Sheridan) and Moriah Patterson (Sheridan) portray the newlyweds, Paul and Corie. Corie's mother is Susan Andrews (Little Rock); Mark Troillett (Little Rock) plays Victor, the neighbor in the attic. Mason Newberry (Benton) is the flustered phone man while Zack Baker (Benton) is the delivery man. Tickets will be available online or at the door: $10 for adults, $8 seniors, and $5 students.

Theater phone is 501-315-5483; website is theroyalplayers.com. Performances start at 7 pm on Thursday-Saturday and at 2 pm on Sunday. This performance is directed by Bob May and sponsored by W.W. and Anne Jones Charitable Trust.
