Last Night: Le Grand Dakar Celebrates Senegalese Summer in Clinton Hill

Last night in Clinton Hill, Chef Pierre Thiem hosted a Senegalese Summer party for fans and friends at his restaurant, Le Grand Dakar. Celebrating his recent appearance on Iron Chef, the chef offered guests delicious finger foods and sangria while house band Mandekalu played in the back room.

Later in the evening the crowd watched as Chef Thiem battle Iron Chef Bobby Flay in "Battle Papaya." See the slideshow for scenes from last night's festivities.
