Chocolate: Lake Champlain Chocolates is a very popular local chocolatier with two locations in the Burlington area, one on Church Street, and the other on Pine. All of their products are made in Burlington. They use Belgian chocolate and a wide variety of natural ingredients including several local ingredients such as honey, butter, cream, and Vermont maple syrup. Their chocolates are made daily, and include a wide range of flavors. A number of interesting flavor combinations are crafted for those who appreciate something out of the ordinary. Some of these include their dark chocolate covered orange peels, organic spicy Aztec chocolate, or dark chocolate sea salt caramels.
The rich quality of their products and care that is put into making them is immediately known after just one bite.
