It's official, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part 2 took theatres and fans by storm!
Fans from around the world watched the final installment of the Harry Potter franchise, earning $307 million overseas and $168.5 million in the United States, as reported by Washington Post,
According to MTV, the film "now holds the record for biggest first day and biggest opening weekend (both domestically and across the world) and helped push the franchise past the $2 billion mark."
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part 2 that also played in 3D, highly surpassed previous record box office holders, Dark Knight and Spiderman 2.
