Lasagna soup

There will be no fussing as the soup simmers, filling your home with a fabulous aroma while you wait for half time...

Hearty Lasagna Soup

1 pound ground beef

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon parsley

3 1/2 cups beef broth

1 14.5-oz. can diced tomatoes

1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 1/2 cup uncooked corkscrew pasta

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cook beef, onion, garlic and parsley in large pan over medium high heat until meat is browned . Pour off fat. Stir in broth, tomatoes and Italian seasoning and heat to boiling. Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to medium. Cook about 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in cheese.
