Las Vegas Hard Rock & Metal mayhem artists, 'Outta The Black' introduce new Front Man
Outta The Black would like to announce a new Lead Singer, with Drew Calvert bringing the band into the throat of 2013. This addition to an already top-notch line-up, brings OTB once again into the spotlight and gives concert-goers the anticipation of “what will they bring to us next” after a uniquely different stage show with every performance. Outta The Black, known for it’s tungsten hardness and platinum-record worthy performances, have now stepped it up another notch in it’s quest to giving their fans the ultimate show.
A seasoned songwriter, Drew is currently working on his solo debut and has also been recognized by having his songs played on Las Vegas radio stations and winning contests for his work. Fronting the band KaosX for 5 years, playing some of the hottest stages in Sin City, has given Drew a stage presence that is hard to duplicate. He also currently fronts one of the most unique and talented Iron Maiden Tributes, ‘Aces High’, here in Las Vegas. His influences include: Bon Scott, Ronnie James Dio, Jeff Keith, Robert Plant, Steven Tyler, Steve Perry, Rob Halford, Sammy Hagar, and Bruce Dickinson.
His experience and ability will help OTB shake things up a bit in the Las Vegas Music Scene. His range brings a whole new dimension to the band which is rehearsing some songs that they have not previously played as well as covering a few of the latest and hottest Rock songs on the charts. With such a dynamic front man with exceptional stage presence, OTB is able to bring a different type of performance with an angle that gives the crowd a whole new shock factor.
