New York, NY – On Thursday, Larry Flynt said he's offered Casey Anthony big bucks to pose nude in Hustler magazine while making an appearance on Nancy Grace's HLN show. He also noted that a number of men have approached him saying they want to see the Florida mother acquitted of murdering her own daughter on the pages of the mens magazine in her “birthday suit.”
According to Flynt, he is negotiating to make that happen by offering Casey a large sum of money to disrobe. Although her representatives call Flynt's assertions “nonsense,” he claims Casey would earn $500,000 up front and then receive 10% of all profits made from the photo shoot.
“If they want to get their hands on big money,” Flynt said, “they've got to go through me.”
Flynt admitted being hesitant to approach Casey after a jury found her not guilty on July 5 of killing her daughter, Caylee Anthony, 2, due to the public outrage surrounding the verdict. However, he changed his mind after he described being confronted by “droves of men” who want to see her in the buff.
“They said, 'Why haven't you made an offer? Why don't you want to publish her pictures?'” Flynt said of the men.
He added that the men he spoke with find Casey “really attractive” and “...want to see her in her birthday suit... There may be some sick individuals... but that's what life is all about.”
When asked if he believed it would be distasteful to put a woman in his publication who many believe killed her child despite the jury's verdict, Flynt responded that any proceeds he obtained from the project would be donated to charities that address child abuse.
Earlier this month, Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner publicly stated he would never put Casey in his magazine, saying, “I wouldn't reward someone like that for what has happened.”
