Making Money With Storage Unit Auctions: Is This the Business for You?
Specifics regarding this auction ~
1. It is a live auction where bidders will bid against each other until the highest bid is called and the auctioneer calls it sold.
2. Wining bidders will be charged a $50 cleaning deposit, which will be returned once the bin is broom-swept.
3. There is a 15% administrative fee added onto all sales. Example ~ a $100 unit will cost $115 + HST + $50 refundable cleaning deposit
4. The units must be emptied (and cleaned) by 2 p.m. on Sunday
5. No alcoholic beverages, smoking or profanity allowed on property at any time!
