Schnapps are a tradition in Scandanavian and other northern European countries, where winter looks and feels a whole lot like it does here in Laramie.  Try a new twist on this centuries-old cure for cabin fever with the aptly named cocktail, Snow Job!  

Snow Job

Serves 1

2 oz pear schnapps

1 oz heavy cream (you could use vanilla soy or almond milk)

pinch of ground cinnamon
 
Mix the schnapps and cream in a shaker with ice and strain into a glass. Top with sprinkles of cinnamon.
