Shoppers at an Illinois Kohl's store got a strange surprise last week. After returning to their vehicles, many customers were shocked to learn that they were locked out of them. Some folks believe that a mysterious force was at play and that the store's parking lot may be haunted.
Nearly thirty vehicles were affected by the unknown force. Key-less entry remotes failed to unlock the doors and after the cars were towed from the parking lot, they began to function again.
The Tinley Park strip mall has a bit of a dark history and many shoppers believe that it is haunted. Five women were brutally murdered inside one of the stores five years ago and some people think that the spirits of the victims still linger. The cowardly killer still eludes police to this day.
Local officials are baffled and think that the incident resulted from some type of radio interference.
