Lane Terzieff, known by his stage name Lancifer, is not your typical dancing pop/hip-hop hybrid. He doesn't follow trends; he flips what you've come to expect from mainstream Top 40 on its head and churns out undeniable beats and infectious hooks. That's exactly what you'll find on his newly released full-length, "One Night To Live."
For the Wyoming-bred singer, his hard work is paying off in tremendous dividends. Since moving to Nashville, he has gone on to notch 13 million YouTube views and perform in front of arena-sized crowds (exceeding 10,000 concertgoers). To say he's on the verge of a breakthrough is an understatement.
Recently, he's performed at such prolific industry events as South By Southwest, Warped Tour, Summer In The City (London) and Video Day (Germany), among others. Through those experiences he has the the opportunity to share the spotlight with such A-list artists as Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Austin Mahone, Icona Pop and Switchfoot.
Lancifer has also made appearances on MTV's "The Hook-Up" and "Dance Showdown Season 3."
Kim Stevens, of Capitol Records, boasts that there are "at least four potential top 40 pop hit songs" on his latest record. The 17-track set features Trace Cyrus (Metro Station), Alex Kopp (Third Eye Blind) and Sam Pepper for a diverse and truly authentic sound.
Even as an independent creator, he has worked with such industry tastemakers as Capital Kings (Toby Mac, Brit Nicole), Tom Malkiewicz (Lecrae) and Mike Riley (Big Sean).
