Lancaster City Police located Alexander Ramos-Pacheco and the missing 15-year-old girl yesterday with the help of alert citizens. The two were cited in the area of Fulton and Franklin Streets and the LCP located them in the 800 block of East Chestnut Street. Ramos-Pacheco was taken into custody without incident. The 15-year-old female was uninjured. Plans are being made to safely return her to Chicago. Ramos-Pacheco is facing numerous charges.

The LCP have arrested 16 year old Ryan Rivera in relation to a shooting on 5 April. The shooting occurred inside the Crispus Attucks Center, at 407 Howard Avenue. A 16 year old male victim suffered an apparent gunshot wound to the leg, was treated at Lancaster General Hospital and released. On Monday evening, officers arrested Rivera in the 200 block of Hazel Street without incident. Detective Robert Whiteford charged Rivera with one count of Aggravated Assault (a Felony 1 charge) and one count of Firearms Not To Be Carried Without A License (a Felony 3 charge) before Magisterial District Judge Kelly Ballentine. Due to the nature of offenses, he was charged as an adult in accordance with Pennsylvania Juvenile Law.

Flex is Kings and will be at Zoetropolis tonight at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $15. Flexing is a style of dance born in east Brooklyn.

The Lancaster Public Library celebrates Shakespeare today. Tonight’s “Will to Read: Shakespeare Aloud” will focus on Richard II. The free session is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. The Library is located at 125 North Duke Street.

Join Chef Rafael from Citronnelle at Seasons Olive Oil Taproom tonight at 6 p.m. He will be preparing several classic French dishes using Seasons fine oils and vinegars. Tickets are available on Eventbrite. The cost is $10. The Tapproom is located at 36 West King Street.

Bartenders Jennifer Goldbach and Chip Snyder will be serving at Guest Bartender Night at the Hamilton Club tonight. The event runs 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Cash or checks will be accepted for tips. Tonight’s cause is Share of Lancaster, Inc. Share offers pregnancy and infant loss support. The Hamilton Club is located at 106 East Orange Street.

Several Lancaster area artists showed their artwork recently during First Friday. Most of the exhibits will run throughout April. The Phillips Museum of Art is featuring an exhibit “Theresa Bernstein: A Century of Art”. The museum is open today from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is located at 400 College Avenue.

Relax this evening at Tellus360. DJ Salinger will be there this evening for Wirelessless Wednesday at 8 p.m. There is no cover charge.

The League of Women Voters will host a forum on immigration this morning. The free forum is titled “Effect of Immigration in Lancaster County – a Panel Approach.” Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and the event will run 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Southern Market Center, 100 South Queen Street.

The South Central PA Adobe User Group will meet tonight. The group meets the second Wednesday of each month from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Charter Homes. Charter Homes is located at 1190 Dillerville Road.

Lancaster City Public Works will be flushing water distribution mains between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Each main will be cleaned during this period. The flushing may cause city residents to notice a cloudiness to their water and a drop in water pressure during the flushing. If your water appears cloudy, let it run for a moment. If the problem continues, call the Water Quality Lab at 717-291-4818.

Albright College has Lancaster CPA Gregory L. Fulmer vice president for administrative and financial services. He will oversee all financial aspects at Albright. He is the former associate vice president for finance at Franklin & Marshall College.
