The Lambrecht Chevrolet auction has brought thousands to a very small town in Nebraska. On Sept. 28, IB Times reported about this auction that is a great sale if you are looking for an older car and it is also bringing a lot of traffic to a small Nebraska town helping them out.
A former dealership in the small town of 1,800 people is going to auction off 500 cars. Ray and Mildred Lambrecht owned the business until it closed in 1996 and they now have a lot of vehicles to get rid of and this auction is the best way to do it.
This sale is for collectors and some of the cars could go for a huge price. Ray Lambrecht sees the cars like his babies and hasn't even said a word about how he feels about getting rid of them. It is probably really hard on him to even talk about it at all.
The auction started on Saturday and ended today. There was some online pre-bidding going on as well. Did you go to the Lambrecht Chevrolet auction? Sound off in the comments below.
