Lamborghini Huracán: $250,000 car already has 700 orders in 30 days

So the Lamborghini Huracán hasn't even hit the market yet in replacement of the Lamborghini Gallardo, but that doesn't mean sales are going to be down. It doesn't even appear as if the $250,000 price tag isn't turning anyone away either. Web Pro News reported on Feb. 13, 2014, that sales of the Lamborghini Huracán have already reached 700 orders in the first 30 days.

The beautiful vehicle was first shown at the 2014 Geneva Auto Show and is scheduled for release this Spring.

Lamborghini names many of their vehicles after Spanish fighting bulls, and the Huracán is no exception to that tradition. The Huracán is a bull that is known for its outstanding courage.

The Lamborghini Huracán has some great specifications that are sure to blow anyone away:

  • 610hp
  • Top speed of 325 mph
  • 0-60 in 3.2 seconds
  • 0-124 in 9.9 seconds
  • Electronically controlled all-wheel drive
  • 7-speed dual clutch transmission
  • 5.2L naturally aspirated V10 engine tuned for 610 PS (449 kW; 602 hp)

Lamborghini claims that the Huracán is more exciting on the road than the Gallardo, and they claim that is a big reason for the $250,000 price tag. That price is not even close to the $181,000 that was on the Lamborghini Gallardo.

Many may feel as if $250,000 is a lot to pay for the brand new Lamborghini Huracán, but there are 700 clients in 30 days that will disagree.
