Country’s golden couple, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton, attended the season four premiere of “The Voice” together, even though rumors that Shelton has cheated on Lambert with Cady Groves have recently plagued the couple.
Us Weekly reported on March 21 that Miranda Lambert walked the red carpet with husband Blake Shelton and joined him at “The Voice” premiere party. An attendee at the premiere said that Lambert and Shelton posed with their arms around each other on the red carpet for a “few pictures” before Miranda Lambert headed in for “The Voice” premiere while Blake did his interviews.
In November 2012 Miranda Lambert, 29, and Blake Shelton, 36, shot down rumors that Lambert was pregnant. The country music super couple says they have learned to tune out negativity and focus on what makes them happy.
Shelton, who will co-host the 48th annual Academy of Country Music Awards with Luke Bryan on April 7, said that he will always stick up for Lambert whenever she is faced with scrutiny, and will not listen to someone trash his wife. Blake Shelton told Redbook in 2012, “We accept and understand each other. Miranda would never want to tame me into being somebody that I’m not, and I would never try to do that to her.”
Blake Shelton is no stranger to cheating rumors. In November 2003 Shelton married long-time girlfriend Kaynette Williams. In September 2005 he met Miranda Lambert and rumors have swirled for years that Lambert is the reason Shelton left Williams. Kaynette Williams divorce papers claimed Blake Shelton was “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct. Williams and Shelton were divorced in 2006.
