Lamar Odom settles legal issues with years of probation

Lamar Odom is slowly getting his life back on track, as he has been working on fixing his life. He wants to get back into the NBA, and he wants to fix his marriage to Khloe Kardashian because her family was indeed his only family. And it sounds like he is taking all the right steps. According to a new Radar Online report published on Dec. 9, Lamar Odom has now settled the issue of his previous DUI charge.

“Odom pled no contest to first offense DUI, and the refusal to take further testing after he was arrested was dismissed,” the source has revealed. When Odom was arrested, he refused to take any chemical tests, which did cause the police to suspend his license for a year. “He did what no one should ever do, he refused the chemical tests,” California Highway Patrol public information officer Leland Tang told Radar at the time. “That means that his license is revoked and Lamar could get the most powerful attorney in the world and he is still not going to have a license for a year.”

It sounds like Lamar wants to change things around. He has been dealing with some serious issues, especially in his marriage to Khloe Kardashian, but he wants to fix things when it comes to her career.

“He will be on probation for three years and he has to take a three-month alcohol education class,” the source said. He has agreed to undergo various drug tests on a random basis in exchange for a spot on the Los Angeles Clippers. “Lamar agreed to undergo random drug testing administered by the team, and if he returns one dirty test, he will be suspended from the team immediately,” a source added.

What do you think of his changing ways?
