Lakeway's Trail of Lights

See also

Although Austin’s Trail of Lights ends on Sunday, December 22, there are still plenty of nearby light displays to delight children and their parents. One of the most magical, which you can easily visit, is at the city of Lakeway on the western outskirts of Austin.

The colorful Lakeway Trail of Lights is open nightly from 6 p.m. till midnight through the end of December. The trail features thousands of twinkling lights in a variety of vignettes, some traditional and some set up in a fun contemporary mode. Seasonal music will put you in a festive spirit as you wander this illuminated wonderland. Little faces light up as bright as the displays as families follow the path. Bring your children or grandchildren to this special event in the Lakeway City Hall parking lit, 1102 Lohmans Crossing.
