After missing the last six games for the Los Angeles Lakers, Xavier Henry will miss two more after dealing with soreness in his injured right knee according to Mike Trudell of Lakers.com on Jan. 13:

"Xavier Henry experienced some soreness in his knee today from yesterday's workout. He will not play tomorrow night vs. CLE."

Injuries have taken a serious toll on the Lakers this season with Henry being one of many that have missed considerable time. Henry went down with the bone bruise in his knee back on Jan. 29 in the loss to the Philadelphia 76ers. Although the injury appeared to be potentially serious, the former lottery pick will be back on the floor sooner rather than later.

Unfortunately, Henry will miss Tuesday's matchup against the Cleveland Cavaliers and the second game of the back-to-back against the Phoenix suns on Wednesday.

As for the rest of the injured Lakers, Kobe Bryant and Steve Nash may be the next in line to return. Bryant and Nash have also missed considerable time this season, but head coach Mike D'Antoni hopes they'll be able to get back to business on Jan. 28 when the Indiana Pacers come to town.

Steve Blake and Jordan Farmar are also injured, but there's no timetable for either veteran to return as of yet.
