Laguna Beach music festival Feburary 6-12, 2012

The Laguna Beach Music Festival's 10th anniversary, a week-long event in Laguna Beach, California, is put on by Laguna Beach Live- the premier presenter of classical music and jazz -  and the The Philharmonic Society of Orange County, the County’s oldest and most prestigious music organization.  The festival will star prominent and promising musicians, many of whom have performed in past festival events, along with the well known  Calder Quartet returning as Master Quartet in residence.

Feburary 6 is opening night at the Hotel Laguna, Laguna Beach.  Starting at 6:30 p.m. in an intimate saloon performance will be Edgar Meyer, the  Calder Quartet, and emerging artists.  Wine and hors d'oeuvres will be served.  Tickets cost $60 and can be purchased at http://www.philharmonicsociety.org/Purchase/?i=506

Feburary 10 at 5 p.m. there will be a gourmet dinner at the Laguna Hotel, followed by Joshua Bell Recital at the Laguna Playhouse, and a post-concert reception on-stage at the Playhouse.
