Barbara Walters will ask Lady Gaga point blank if she is bisexual and Lady Gaga answers that she is. She also discusses Adam Lambert's scandalously bisexual performance at the American Music Awards and his coming out as gay in Rolling Stone magazine.
On The View this week, Barbara discussed the forthcoming interviews:
Barbara Walters: There was a time, I mean I'm known for asking a couple of questions, but I never used to ask people whether they were gay or bisexual or whatever. But things have changed so that there is almost nothing that you dont ask.
She also previewed a clip of her interview with Lady Gaga:
Barbara Walters: Are you bisexual?
Lady Gaga: I do like women.
Barbara Walters: Do you like men too? Or just women?
Lady Gaga: Well, I've only been in love with men, I've never been in love with a woman.
Barbara Walters: Have you had sex with women?
Lady Gaga: [blushing] Well, um, well I...my goodness!

She's wierd. I don't get the outfits. Yes I understand stage costumes but hers go beyond the norm. I never knew who she was until the Adam Lambert kid said she was great. For a gay guy he gushes over her a lot. So I listened to her new CD and didn't like it. Then I saw another interview with Lambert and he again talked about this Lady Gaga. So I listened to her last CD and it isn't that bad. So let's see what she does next I guess.
She came out in what the end of 2007 start of 2008. I wasn't a big fan either. But I took more interest when Adam Lambert talked about her and Katey Perry's music. Since then I've started listening more to both. I like Adam more but Lady Gaga and Katey Perry are growing on me.
I like her but I think it is wrong of Barbara Walters to call her out on the carpet like that about her sexuality.
Lady Gaga is this years biggest breakthrough celebrity, she is a true artist and star. I for one am obsessed with the icon, she is has captivated our whole music culture and took it on a roller coaster. I think she is the best thing that has happend to the music industry in years. When Lady Gaga performs she doesn't just put on an act to pass time at an award show, that girl puts on a freaking production! Do you ever see her on "trash" magazines falling out of clubs drunk or posing naked for photographers?...NO, the times you hear about her is for her amazing performances/talent or crazy fashion. Lady Gaga knows and respects herself, she sets good morals and is respected by so many people in the music indusrty even by people who have competed against her. Just to throw it out there she is the only musician that has sang live at every single performance she has done in the past year. Lady Gaga has set records, she has made ratings sky rocket on every T.V. show she has appeared/performed
Funny, and ironic with a capital I, how both Lady Gaga and Adam Lambert are making careers recycling David Bowie's glam-rock moves. But without the panache and style....
